Infomercials make claims that simply cannot be true. Reversing baldness, increasing the size of certain anatomical apparatus, and the use of magnets and/or LED lights to rid ourselves of the symptoms of joint or muscular issues. Isn't there a law that requires advertisers to be truthful? these are all bold faced lies and I wonder how they are permissible.
Late nights or early morning. There is nothing to watch on the tube except the latest records or exercise equipment or Popeil. Especially on Saturday night. Damn, Can't find anything except Soaps. Pisses me off. I pay cable $104 per month for Plain cable and Roadrunner fast. $55.00 for 75 channnels of infomercials. Absolutely Wonderful!
It's the same infomercials every night. There use to be movies on,but all they show are the same get rich quick schemes, lose weight program, exercise devices, and that same old girls gone wild.Every night, over and over again.I don't watch them,I just see them when searching for a movie to watch.I know people say, turn off the TV,That's why I pay for cable so I can be entertained.I don't care if the stations are getting paid to put this crap on.I don't believe anyones watching this trashy rerunned garbage.Does anyone agree?
I saw an infomercial that spoke of an absolutely gauranteed loan for seconds or first home loans or for anything for that matter. My question is are there lists of the infomercials that are televised and if so where would I find such a list?
